Spa Master Startup Pack is your complete solution for setting up and maintaining a healthy, sparkling spa. This convenient pack includes all the essential chemicals and a testing kit to ensure your spa water stays clean, balanced, and inviting. Ideal for new spa owners or as a restocking bundle.

Pack contains:

• Spa Sanitiser (900g): Powerful chlorine-based sanitiser to keep water free from bacteria and contaminants.
• Alkalinity Up (2.5kg): Raises and stabilises total alkalinity for pH control.
• pH Decrease (2.5kg): Safely lowers pH when levels get too high.
• pH Increase (2.5kg): Quickly raises pH to prevent corrosion and ensure comfort.
• Aquacheck Test Kit: Fast and easy water testing to monitor chemical levels.
• Perfect for spa pools, hot tubs, and swim spas
• Maintains safe, crystal-clear water
• Simple and convenient for regular maintenance

Directions:
Test spa water with the Aquacheck Test Kit before dosing. Add products as needed according to water volume and test results, following the instructions on each chemical container. Circulate water for even distribution and retest regularly.

We accept returns on all unopened chemical products within 14 days of delivery. For returns, exchanges, or product concerns, please contact our team with your order details.

Made to order and shipped NZ-wide
Most products are processed within 1–3 business days, and made-to-order items usually dispatch within 5–10 business days. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

Courier & Freight Services
All orders are shipped through Aramex New Zealand (Platinum Tier) or approved freight partners.
Delivery timeframes:

• North Island: Next working day target
• South Island: 2–3 working days target
• Rural Delivery (RD): Add 1–3 days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected Aramex Zone (Z1–Z5).
Freight for oversize or heavy items (over 25 kg / 1.2 m) is confirmed by our logistics team before dispatch.

Dangerous Goods (DG)
Certain products (e.g. pool chemicals, acids, oxidisers, flammable products) are classified as Dangerous Goods and incur a $5.00 + GST handling surcharge per parcel, applied automatically at checkout.
DG items may require additional processing time or restricted service areas under Aramex NZ policy.

Freight Access Requirements
Please ensure safe, unobstructed access for delivery.
Delivery is to curbside or the nearest accessible point and does not include installation or site placement.
