The Skimmer Aquagenie Faceplate Set – Butynol is a genuine replacement kit designed for Aquagenie inground skimmers in ozone pool systems. This set includes the faceplate, orifice, 18 screws, and durable Butynol gaskets, ensuring a leak-free seal and restoring your skimmer’s original performance. 1. Remove your existing faceplate assembly from the Aquagenie skimmer.
2. Install the new faceplate, orifice, and Butynol gaskets using all 18 screws as shown in the parts diagram.
3. Ensure proper alignment and a tight seal before resuming normal pool operation.

Courier & Freight Services
All orders are shipped through Aramex New Zealand (Platinum Tier) or approved freight partners.
Delivery timeframes:

• North Island: Next working day target
• South Island: 2–3 working days target
• Rural Delivery (RD): Add 1–3 days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected Aramex Zone (Z1–Z5).
Freight for oversize or heavy items (over 25 kg / 1.2 m) is confirmed by our logistics team before dispatch.

Dangerous Goods (DG)
Certain products (e.g. pool chemicals, acids, oxidisers, flammable products) are classified as Dangerous Goods and incur a $5.00 + GST handling surcharge per parcel, applied automatically at checkout.
DG items may require additional processing time or restricted service areas under Aramex NZ policy.

Freight Access Requirements
Please ensure safe, unobstructed access for delivery.
Delivery is to curbside or the nearest accessible point and does not include installation or site placement.
