Made to order and shipped NZ-wide
Most products are processed within 1–3 business days, and made-to-order items usually dispatch within 5–10 business days. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
Courier & Freight Services
All orders are shipped through Aramex New Zealand (Platinum Tier) or approved freight partners.
Delivery timeframes:
- North Island: Next working day target
- South Island: 2–3 working days target
- Rural Delivery (RD): Add 1–3 days
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected Aramex Zone (Z1–Z5).
Freight for oversize or heavy items (over 25 kg / 1.2 m) is confirmed by our logistics team before dispatch.
Dangerous Goods (DG)
Certain products (e.g. pool chemicals, acids, oxidisers, flammable products) are classified as Dangerous Goods and incur a $5.00 + GST handling surcharge per parcel, applied automatically at checkout.
DG items may require additional processing time or restricted service areas under Aramex NZ policy.

Delivery is to curbside or the nearest accessible point and does not include installation or site placement.
